History

Alucare is a family business established in 1986, the original founders Mr & Mrs Desmond still play an active role in the business, having relinquished the main running of the company to their daughter and two sons. We have built up an impressive production capability and an excellent local reputation, offering a wide range of windows, doors and conservatories, fully fabricated in our own factory. We install over 2000 windows, doors and conservatories units every year, offer an extensive glazing service and further more pride ourselves on customer satisfaction.
We are big enough to get the job done but small enough to still care about quality and customer satisfaction.

Company Ethos

Alucare have a strong belief in people, always encouraging our staff to be the best they can be, feel good about what they do and most importantly feel like the valued team member they are. We make sure all feedback received is taken on board and passed onto the correct departments, feedback is crucial and without it we are unable to evolve to suit the market place we serve. We are committed to staff training, both current and new, in all new and existing elements that occur in our trade and encourage everyone to have a good sound knowledge of the products they work with. We research continuously to assure we are ahead of innovation and can advise our customers properly and accurately about the products they want. We strive to be the best and believe that knowing the trade as well as we do puts us head and shoulders above the rest. We also believe that quantity is no excuse for less quality, we use only the best quality materials, hardware, glass and ancillaries and believe that a fair price for an excellent product is key. We are proud of our reputation and are thankful to all of our customers for making it as good and as well known as it is. We appreciate that you are only as good as your last job, which is why we insist that all jobs are treated with the same level of importance and care, regardless off size or value. Being a family business we trust in loyalty, honesty and approachability, we do not agree with pressure sales or telesales, that is why you will only find Alucare staff to be professional, friendly and helpful with a ‘no pressure’ attitude.
